Over the past twenty-five years, Ourika Organic Kitchen has grown through friendships, shared values and a deep respect for the people who keep Morocco's culinary traditions alive. Each of these experiences has been carefully created in partnership with individuals and families whose passion for their land, their craft and their hospitality is at the heart of everything they do.
